Please see our availability calendar and on-line booking toolhere,for an up to date view of the apartment's availability and the rental costs for the dates you are intetested in. Please enter the start date you are interested in and then the date of the last night that you would like to stay (not the date of the morning of departure) and you will be shown the price for the stay you have requested.
Our rental charges are in £ per week and are for the apartment as a whole ( not per person). The charges are as follows;

1st April 2012- 30th April 2012 £600 per week 4 nights
1st May 2012 - 30th June 2012 £700 per week 7 nights
1st July 2012 - 31st August 2012 £850 per week 7 nights
1st September 2012 - 31st October 2012 £725 per week 4 nights
1st November 2012 - 22nd December 2012 £575 per week 4 nights
Bookings can commence and end on any day of the week and the on-line tool will calculate a price for any specific dates that you require, with charges being pro-rata where a booking covers more than one of the booking periods above. The booking cost covers apartment cleaning before arrival, after departure and the provision of bed linens and apartment towels. If you would like any further cleaning/maid services, these can be arranged and paid for locally on arrival.
A 20% deposit is required on booking, with the remaining 80% due 30 days before occupancy is due to begin.
Secure on-line payment can be made via Paypal or credit cards using the booking tool.
A security deposit of £300 is also required with the balance payment, to cover against any breakages. This will be returned to you no later than 14 days after the booking ends, assuming there are no breakages.
If you prefer not to use Paypal/credit cards, payments can also be made by bank transfer, and payment details will be provided to you if you prefer this method.
Our cancellation terms are as follows;
More than 4 weeks before booking is due to start = deposit already paid.
Between 2 and 4 weeks before booking is due to start - deposit, plus 50% of balance paid. Security balance refunded.
Less than 2 weeks before booking is due to start = deposit, plus 100% of balance already paid. Security balance refunded.
